However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective, and in keeping with our commitment to providing Customers with excellent service, we offer the returns facilities set out below. 2. All goods supplied by Weshoppie are warranted to be generally free from defects in workmanship and materials and fit for the purpose for which such goods would normally be used. 3.Weeshoppie does not sell products on a trial basis. Customers are strongly advised to check suitability, size, colour and specifications of products before ordering. We may as a courtesy replace an item which you discover to be the wrong size. This is provided all wrapping, tags are still intact and the product shows no signs of being worn. We will not give any refund under these circumstances and postage will be the buyers responsibility. Products may be returned under the following circumstances. If products are to be found faulty and are returned within 14 days. Notification must be made within 7 days, contacting us by email stating what is wrong with the product. Emails will normally be answered within 24hrs and return instructions will be sent to you. Without you the customer we do not have a businness so we will endeavour to do all we can to help.
